James Useghan was born in 1984 to the family of Mr and Mrs Oluwanisola Useghan who hails from Arogbo community in Ondo state.He is an alumnus of the prestigious University of Lagos where He graduated in 2010 with a Masters Degree in Public Administration. He has also participated in many capacity developing and value adding programs and He has excelled in all.
James Useghan is presently the president of two youth dominated, nation transforming bodies that is registered with the Federal government, the first is Ijaw breed entertainers while the second is First Massive Literati(FML) which is well grounded in most state of the federation.
James Useghan Is a nationalist, an entertainer, a media consultant and a widely respected conference and public speaker per excellence.
James is passionate about Nigeria and His burden for the nation has inspired many youths to be up and doing in the country through the FML chapters in their state.

How to Become a Literati?
We strongly believe in the state of the mindset; We believe for a nation to be sustainable, progressive and productive, its citizen needs to be productive and progressive and that has to do with the right mindset.
Basically, we are inspired by what we see, what we hear and the people we interact with, we believe that life is 30% nature, 70% nurture.
Becoming a Literati is by induction and the purpose of the induction is to motivate you into working with a team that is geared towards making every system that controls our society work. A team that creates sanity in every sector of the economy and governance by extension.
We have successfully developed a system to expose the process of grassroots development that will bring people into our organization with the aim of equipping and injecting them with the right and progressive mindset of integrity, accountability and honesty.
This system helps understand the different levels of our individual strength, ability and also helps to understand the concept of been a team player, co-existing within a gathering of diverse talents, gifts, abilities and mindset.
We are committed to helping the government without the government knowing through the various arms of our trainings, capacity building workshops and empowerment programs that seeks to raise leaders that transforms the society without violence or conflicts but with strategic approaches. This our dynamic approach we believe will enable us create an egalitarian society and have a country where we all live in peace.
In FML, you have the privilege to gain relevant wisdom and understand the function of powers and system that controls the system we live in and create steps to change the negative effects of bad leadership that has given rise to unemployment, violence, hates and division among many other vices.
